The company’s usual practice is to preserve or restore the original aesthetics of each object as much as possible – in the case of repairs – compatibly with the nature and extent of the damage, as well as the availability of spare parts. However, we always respect aesthetics in case of modifications.

- How much does it cost to repair a bag? In order to give you a price estimate we would have to somehow see your item first. Write to our email attaching as many images as possible and leaving a very accurate description.
- I would like to polish my bag… No problem! At the end of each repair we will polish your item, if requested. You will leave our shop with a bag repaired and cared for in all its details.
- Can I send you my bag for repair? If you are not from Siena or the surrounding area you can very well send us your item via courier.
